Location is amazing close to Venezia Santa Lucia station. Staff very helpful specially Narciso at front desk.

Massive room with private balcony and view of the Grand Canal. Very friendly staff, good breakfast. Hotel has 2 gardens with views onto 2 canals, as well as its own dock for water taxis

Very good location in Venice. Nice and helpful staff. Hotel in old style - you have to like it to enjoy it. For us hotel for longer weekend only, but still worth to recommend for short stay.

It was nice to have a substantial breakfast in the morning. The location is perfect. We walked from the train station making it so convenient. As we entered the facility the music was so calming. A peaceful port.

Location was excellent (I took advice from a friend on location, some places are far and difficult with cases, others can be 100 taxi), room was bigger than expected, room had a jacuzzi bath and separate. shower

Loved the location that was close to the train station and water buses. They have a lovely outdoor seating area with green space along the Grand Canyon. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Great location (near the train station and right on the Grand Canal). Gorgeous gardens - being able to sit there for breakfast or enjoy an evening drink was fantastic. The building itself was a beautiful old property. Standard room had a huge, comfortable bed, plus bathroom with large jacuzzi bath. Staff were lovely.

When we arrived we were greeted with a friendly smile. The room was clean and had the most beautiful view of the canal. The gardens were stunning with views over the grand canal. We got drinks overlooking the river and were just blown away. We would definitely stay again in the future.

The breakfast was very good and the location and gardens are fantastic. I booked a deluxe room but I don't think the one they gave (room 301) me really came up to the mark. Yes is had a jet bath and shower, but both were defective. The room was tied and -many of the electrical plugs did not work. We had to put the kettle on the floor! and no coffee pods were supplied for our coffee maker. I had to ask reception a number of times about this. This was a major disappointment.

The staff were lovely, we were recommended a place for dinner nearby "the little potato" and it was incredible. The hotel gardens were immaculate and inside was also beautiful. The room we had was huge and with a balcony. Would recommended this hotel to our friends. A little bit of a walk from the hussel and bussel but we thought that was a good thing, a nice walk back after dinner and round this area was nice and quiet.
